Ken Kilinski, a native of New Orleans, graduated from the University of Alabama with a major in Marketing & Information Systems. He joined the team with over 9 years of real estate and mortgage experience. He closed more than $26 million in mortgage loans in 2003 and has received several awards in customer service and sales achievements.
Currently residing in Marietta, Ken enjoys tennis, fishing & the interaction with people. He seeks to understand the needs of each client & strategic partner bringing unparalleled value to the relationship. Jim Greenie is a graduate of Florida State University and joined the mortgage industry in Atlanta in 1997. Jim has originated over $180,000,000 in loan volume and earned multiple sales and service awards. He has a passion for the business and his clients enjoying working with him.
Jim currently resides with his wife, son and two dogs in East Cobb and enjoys many activities including fishing, travel and auto racing.
